Preventing Sexual Harassment - Employers

If an employer witnesses or is aware of an instance of sexual harassment in the workplace, that employer becomes liable for the consequences.

In this program we define the law; follow the development of a case of sexual harassment and its investigation; and learn the procedures for correctly and legally dealing with the consequences.
