Train your PIC in accordance with 33 CFR 155 and 46 CFR 25, 27 & 32. The USCG holds a crew member aboard each UTV (Uninspected Towing Vessel) accountable for the safe completion of every fuel transfer.

A hands-on transfer procedure is used to explain, simplify and train new personnel on this important new requirement.
