Mooring is a dangerous line of work in which hundreds of lives have been lost due to improper work practices performed by experienced and inexperienced workers.  Understand the importance of preparation, teamwork, control and correct use of PPE and learn the role that weather, maintenance and complacency can play.  It moves through three incidents to illustrate what can go wrong, using icons to clearly demonstrate good and bad practice.
