If after purchase your product goes out of date due to changing regulation, Maritime Training Services will provide you with an updated version of the film or refund your payment in full.  

All Maritime Training Services produced DVDs will play on any DVD player in the world. 

 

However some DVDs that we distribute are in either NTSC, PAL or SECAM format.

 

NTSC format is compatible in North America, Japan, South Korea, Burma, Philippines and the South American countries along the Pacific Ocean.

 

PAL is compatible with Europe, the Middle East, China, India, Australia and most of SE Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay

 

SECAM: France, West Africa, Russia and Central Asia

 

We send you DVDs based on the format of the country where the purchase order originated.  Please let us know if you would like your DVDs in a specific format. 

 

If you think you have a DVD that is not compatible with your DVD player send us an email with instructions on which format your DVD player requires and we will send you a new DVD (provided it is available) in the format you need.
