How do I purchase your products online?
Ordering online is quick and easy
Click "Add to Cart" button under desired product.
You can continue to add as many items as you want.
When you are ready to checkout, click the "Cart" button, top right corner of the page.
Review the items in your cart, click "Checkout" when you are ready to purchase.
Review your order once more and select either USA or International shipping.
Click the "Buy Now" button.
Fill out your billing information and click the "Submit" button.
We will confirm your order by return email.
What types of payment will you accept?
All payments must be made in US funds only by one of the following methods:
Credit Card:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Please fax or email a valid card number, card expiration date, and cardholder name.
- We will return a credit card sales receipt for your records.
Bank Check:
- Payable to "Maritime Training Services, Inc."
- Drawn from a bank with a "US Branch of Account".
Wire Transfer:
- We will specify bank details upon request.
Can I rent your programs?
Our rental program is simple, easy and effective.
Want to get started? Here are the basics:
- 10 or more DVDs or CBTs titles required per rental package
- Rental fee is $60 per video per year
- Minimum rental term is one year
- Additional discounts are available by increasing the number of packages, titles and term
- All titles may be exchanged each year for a shipping and handling fee ($75)

Do you provide a warranty?
Maritime Training Services, Inc. (MTS) warrants that the DVD or videotape merchandise furnished is free from defects in materials and faulty workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days after shipment. If a defect is discovered or occurs during normal use and service, purchaser may return the defective merchandise to MTS for replacement. MTS will not replace merchandise damaged by accident, abuse, or misuse.
Purchaser accepts the content of all training programs on an “as is” basis without any warrantee by MTS, either express or implied. MTS makes no representation or warrantee concerning the scope or validity about the content of any training program. MTS disclaims all warrantees of merchantability or fitness for a general or particular purpose and shall in no event be liable for any incidental and/or consequential damages of purchaser.
How much does shipping cost and how long will it take to receive my product?
Take advantage of our lowest shipping and handling rate by ordering through our website, using the "Checkout" button. There you will see two preset amounts for shipping, depending on whether the order is being shipped within the U.S. (FedEx 2nd Day = $15 USD) or international (FedEx Economy = $48.35 USD). All other methods of ordering include a shipping and handling fee (the lowest rate available at www.fedex.com) determined and authorized by a MTS sales representative at the time the purchase is finalized.
